Hoodwinked! - Febuary 2006

I felt a little baited and switched when watching "Hoodwinked!" It’s an animated spoof on the Little Red Riding Hood story, turned into a police procedural. Think of it as "CSI: Enchanted Forest." I saw commercials for it during "Lost," so I thought it might have some content for adults. Nope, it’s a movie aimed squarely at teens and tweens. That’s not to say my inner child didn’t find numerous fun things in "Hoodwinked!" but the grown-up in me grew weary of the musical numbers and overly goofy resolution.
