COME ON!
The temp today was in the single digits, we had 2" of snow and the wind was in the 20-30 mph range all day.
And somebody, perhaps someone who works at Onvoy, maybe somewhere else in the 300 building, rode their bike to work today.
I don't like to drive in a cold car on a day like today and this guy rode his bike.
